5.56 cal., same length as the receiver and has the #40L™ rear flip-up sight built in.

The SWAN® Sleeve provides a platform that is semi-permanent to the 5.56 cal M16 type weapon equipped with a flat top receiver. It raises the rail by 1/2″ while protecting the rifle dovetail rail.
